International Dialogue
FES offers its Palestinian partners working in the fields of politics and research the ability to express their perspectives on current issues in national and international forums. One focus in FES forums is the future of the city of Jerusalem since this represents a major point of contention in the region. In cooperation with the International Peace and Cooperation Center (IPCC), FES promotes dialogue and sustainable models of urban planning.
Alternative options for a peaceful and just coexistence between ethnic groups in Jerusalem are developed through research, publications and local and international advocacy. FES also cooperates with the Palestinian Academic Society for the Study of International Affairs (PASSIA) to give International decision-makers, academics as well as representatives of international institutions in Palestine the opportunity to take part in briefings and conferences to circulate information and develop new ideas and approaches together.
In Gaza we cooperate with a variety of partners to support interests of young Palestinians in the Strip and international understanding.
